About
Au Ciel is a band from Pataskala, Ohio, started by Caleb Hegenberger and Erik Hansen. We have had a passion for writing and performing music ever since we met, and now we want to share our love for music with you! In August of 2009, Caleb started writing our first songs, and soon after we had the idea to record a CD. With no budget and limited time, the writing and recording of this CD took well over 9 months. ”Somewhere and Everywhere” was released on October 19, 2010 on iTunes. It is no longer available there, but is available on bandcamp.
Since our first CD release, Caleb has been busy writing more songs, while Erik attends college. Look for an upcoming EP from Au Ciel in the next few months, though. Songs are written and ready to be recorded!
